CX Lavender, a leading CX agency, sought to attract and select top graduates with digital expertise and a customer-centric mindset for their graduate program. To achieve this, I created a comprehensive brand repositioning strategy and creative direction called, “What shade of Lavender are you?”.

This campaign, specifically aimed at final year college and university students included a captivating video, eye-catching outdoor posters, and a seamless integration across a Facebook page, digital and social. These platforms showcased the achievements of past Genus graduates, generating interest among potential candidates. Interested individuals were directed to the CX Lavender Genus Graduate Program website for further information and to submit their applications.

The meticulously designed website, strong visuals and compelling content positioned CX Lavender as a career agency that not only excels in digitally-driven communications but also offers unparalleled opportunities for career advancement. The campaign attracted a significant number of applicants, leading to the development of eight talented graduates who are now shining as future CX stars and thriving in their professional paths.
