Lenovo required a range of measurable digital solutions to market their industry-leading PC products through trade and retail channels. I was involved in developing and designing a Mobile App and digital comms, assisting retail staff in converting sales of Lenovo products and accessories. In addition to a series of eDM’s sent to Australian and New Zealand SME’s to promote their Money Tree Rewards program. QR codes were used to track Mobile App click-through’s and detailed open metrics measured the success of each eDM. The Mobile App was rolled out across retail stores including JB Hi-Fi and the eDM campaign was also successful achieving an open rate of 30%, which was above industry standards, highlighting that the content was both engaging and relevant for recipients.
