Chatswood had become out of date and touch with what other precincts were doing to increase foot traffic. So a brand identity around the tagline ‘It all starts with Chatswood’ was developed. The change the perception that Chatswood is a true shopping, dining and entertainment hub. Outdoor advertising played a big part in reminding the locals and passers by that Chatswood is the place to be.
