Willoughby City Council – The Concourse

Willoughby City Council required the creation of a brand identity for their $163m development project, which brought a performing arts centre, library, restaurants and serviced apartments to Chatswood CBD. The brand, required to compete on a national and international level, had to represent the different facilities and create a connection with both consumers and businesses.

Positioning the venue as an ‘open place where people come together’, The Concourse was launched. A complete branding project was undertaken including naming, logo development, website, press and marketing collateral all of which I had created. The new brand received very positive feedback from the local community and potential business partners and culminated in an official opening by NSW Governor Marie Bashir.
